Monitoring of affordable housing delivery
The Council will monitor delivery of affordable housing and report annually on numbers built, percentage of affordable versus market dwellings, and the tenure, type and size of units approved.
The Council will monitor the delivery of affordable housing to ensure the effectiveness of the policy approach and findings incorporated into the LDP's Annual Monitoring Reports (AMRs). This will outline the number of affordable homes built per annum, the percentage of affordable versus market sale dwellings approved and the tenure, type and size of units.
