Policy SP4: Homes
Sets out the strategic approach to housing development, requiring sustainable growth of 9,750 new homes between 2015–2030, maintaining a 5-year supply of housing land, and ensuring a choice of homes that address social and affordable housing needs and meet lifetime needs of residents.

A 5 year supply of land for housing.
A choice of homes being built in the Borough to:
(a) Address the need for social and affordable housing; and
(b) Help meet the needs of residents over a lifetime.
