Landscape Impact of Land Raising

Land raising operations require careful consideration of the proposed landform and scale to ensure they can be satisfactorily assimilated into the existing landscape.

Land raising, in that it creates a new landform, has the potential to significantly impact on the landscape. As a result careful consideration will be given to the proposed landform and scale of land raising activities to ensure that these can satisfactorily be assimilated into the existing landscape.
