Employment provision in mixed-use development
The council will determine the proportion of employment use by considering the employment resource being lost and the potential employment achievable within the mixed-use scheme.
When determining the proportion of the overall site to be developed for employment uses, the council will take account of the employment resource being lost and the potential level of employment that can be achieved within the mixed-use development.
