Two-Stage Marketing Process
Applicants must follow a two-stage marketing process: first marketing the re-use of the site, and second marketing the redevelopment of the site for employment purposes.
There are two stages to this marketing process which applicants should follow:
1. Marketing the re-use of the site;
2. Marketing the redevelopment of the site for employment purposes.
