B Use Classes Definition
B-use classes include offices, research and development, call centres, general industrial, light industrial, and storage and distribution premises.
The B use classes comprise of the following:
• B1 Business – (a) Office (other than those that fall within A2), (b) Research and development; and (c) Call centres
• B2 General industrial
• B3 Light industrial
• B4 Storage and distribution
