Application Stage Submission Requirements
All parts of the Affordable Housing Proposal Form and Checklist must be completed and submitted with the planning application to demonstrate compliance with affordable housing requirements.
All parts of the 'Affordable Housing Proposal Form and Checklist', see Appendix 2, should be completed by the applicant to demonstrate compliance with the affordable housing requirement and submitted with the other application documents. This will also act as a checklist of requirements.
