Pre-Application Submission Requirements
Applicants must complete Parts 1-14 of the Affordable Housing Proposal Form and Checklist and submit it with the pre-application discussion request to demonstrate compliance with affordable housing requirements.
Parts 1-14 of the 'Affordable Housing Proposal Form and Checklist', see Appendix 2, should be completed by the applicant and submitted as 'additional information' with the online PAD request, to demonstrate that the affordable housing requirements have been complied with. This will also act as a checklist of requirements.
