Non-retail frontage threshold
No more than 40% of a shopping frontage should be in non-retail use, and no more than 3 adjacent units should be in non-retail use.
Not acceptable: More than 40% of frontage in non-retail use. Not acceptable: More than 3 adjacent units in non-retail use.
