Accessibility and Linkages for Local Centres
For local centres serving small, localised populations, proposals must ensure accessibility is incorporated into the overall design so that all sections of the community are adequately catered for.
In terms of the requirement for accessibility and linkages set out in criterion (e), local centres tend to serve a small, localised population. Therefore, it is critical that proposals ensure accessibility is incorporated into the overall design to ensure that all sections of the community are adequately catered for.
