Unconditional Consent and Assessment Requirements

If unconditional planning consent is sought without limitations on net sales area, unit sizes, or range of goods, the supporting assessment must examine all potential capacity scenarios that would be permitted under the proposed permission.

If unconditional consent is sought for retail or other uses (for example, with no limitation on net sales area, unit sizes, range of goods and so on) then the supporting assessment should examine all of the potential capacity of possible permutations which would be permitted under the proposed planning permission.
