Section 76 Agreement Tailoring and Templates

Where a Section 76 agreement is required, it is recognised that a number of possible methods exist for the delivery of the affordable housing, therefore clauses within the Section 76 Agreement will need to be tailored to reflect the proposed delivery methods, products used and circumstances in each case. To assist in the Section 76 process, the Council has developed a template for the most common approach, which is included within Appendix 3.
