Non-Viable Proposals and Alternative Approaches
Where a proposal is determined to be non-viable, the Council may accept a reduced level of affordable housing or an alternative delivery approach, subject to Council agreement.
If it is determined that a proposal involving affordable housing is not viable, a reduced level or an alternative approach to delivering affordable housing requirements may be acceptable subject to the agreement of the Council.
