Potential impact of uncoordinated retail and business park signage
Uncoordinated advance advertisements and directional signs in retail or business parks can appear confusing, untidy, and negatively affect the area's appearance.
The uncoordinated display of advance advertisements or ad hoc directional signs to individual businesses within retail/business parks, which bear no direct relationship to the building, land or structure on which it is displayed can be confusing, untidy and detrimental to the appearance of an area.
