Health and Wellbeing Considerations in SPPS
The SPPS recognises that development can have environment and amenity impacts with health and wellbeing implications, including visual intrusion, nuisance, loss of light, and overshadowing.
Under 'Improving Health and Wellbeing', the SPPS also recognises that there are a wide range of environment and amenity considerations arising from development that may have potential health and well-being implications, including impacts relating to visual intrusion, general nuisance, loss of light and overshadowing.
