Submission of Affordable Housing Proposal Form - Validation Requirement
Housing scheme applications of 40 units or greater must include the completed Affordable Housing Proposal Form and Checklist or the application will be deemed invalid and returned.
It should be noted, that if an applicant decides not to submit a completed 'Affordable Housing Proposal Form and Checklist' along with their planning application for a housing scheme of 40 units or greater, the application will be deemed 'invalid' and returned to the applicant, under the terms of the Development Management Validation Checklist.
