Tree retention in Conservation Areas
Trees in Conservation Areas must be retained unless the application includes an appropriate tree survey and justification for their loss or replacement.
Trees in Conservation Areas will be required to be retained unless the application includes an appropriate tree survey and justification for their loss or replacement. This issue is addressed in further detail within a separate Trees SPG.
