Applicants should refer to the NIHE Commissioning Prospectus prior to Pre-Application Discussion, which provides detailed information about requirements for provision of new affordable housing throughout the Borough.
Prior to the PAD, applicants should also refer to the NIHE 'Commissioning Prospectus' which provides housing associations, developers and other interested stakeholders with detailed information about the requirements for the provision of new affordable housing throughout the Borough.
