Design of tall building components and visual interest
The design of specific building components, particularly the top, should be considered in relation to existing context and key views. Variations in height within clusters of tall buildings can create visual interest in the city skyline.

Where a tall building forms part of a cluster, a variation of heights can also help to create visual interest in the city skyline.
