Sustainable reuse and adaptive reuse of existing buildings

Sustainable reuse and adaptive reuse of existing buildings, particularly in redevelopment and larger sites, can contribute to architectural character and cultural heritage while enriching local distinctiveness.

This is of particular importance when considering the redevelopment and adaptive reuse of existing buildings and larger redevelopment sites.
