Hard surfacing and permitted development
Hard surfacing within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse is subject to rules in the Planning (General Permitted Development) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015, which should be consulted for all applicable permitted development provisions.
Refer to the Planning (General Permitted Development) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 for all rules relating to permitted development in respect of the provision or replacement of hard surfacing within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse.
