Specific retrofitting measures for existing properties
Retrofitting options include loft and wall insulation (cavity and solid wall), double or triple glazing, and upgrading heating systems to more efficient alternatives.
Factors which may be considered in retrofitting the existing property can include, but are not limited to, the installation of:
• Loft and/or wall insulation, including both cavity wall and internal/external solid wall insulation;
• Double or triple glazing; and
• Upgrading or replacing of heating systems with more efficient alternatives.
