Exceptions to amenity space requirements for disability adaptations
Extensions required to meet the needs of a person with disability or impaired mobility may be permitted as exceptions to amenity space requirements.
Where extensions are required to accommodate the needs of a person with a disability or whose mobility is otherwise impaired, exceptions to amenity space requirements may be permitted to enable such needs to be met (see Section entitled 'Physical adaptations').
