SPPS health and well-being considerations including visual impact and overshadowing

The SPPS recognises environmental and amenity considerations from development that may affect health and well-being, including visual intrusion, nuisance, loss of light, and overshadowing.

Under 'Improving Health and Well- Being', the SPPS also recognises that there are a wide range of environment and amenity considerations arising from development that may have potential health and well-being implications, including impacts relating to visual intrusion, general nuisance, loss of light and overshadowing.
