Agreeing agent services and terms at the outset
Guidance on establishing clear agreement with the chosen agent regarding services to be provided, other professionals to be engaged, communication arrangements, client expectations, and payment terms before work begins.
It is also important to agree with your agent, at the outset, the services they will offer, what other professionals they may have to engage on your behalf, how you will be kept informed throughout the planning process, what is expected from you, and what the payment terms will be.
