Application Requirements for Certificates of Lawfulness
To apply for a certificate of lawfulness, you must complete the appropriate form, pay the correct fee, and submit evidence in support. Applications for proposed development should be submitted before works commence on site.
To apply for a certificate of lawfulness you will need to complete and submit the appropriate form which must be accompanied by the correct fee together with evidence in support of your application. It is important to ensure that any application for a certificate of lawfulness of proposed use or development is submitted in sufficient time to enable a decision to be made prior to any works commencing on site
