Removal or Non-Application of Permitted Development Rights
Permitted development rights may have been removed or may not apply in some instances, requiring planning permission for the works.
It may also be the case that in some instances permitted development rights have been removed or do not apply (see blue box) meaning that there is a requirement for planning permission.
