Private amenity space surfaces and pathways
Private amenity spaces must include suitable hard standing and pathways with smooth, firm, non-slip, glare-free surfaces that remain safe when wet or dry.
Private amenity spaces should incorporate an area of suitable hard standing, and pathways within private amenity spaces shall be in accordance with the guidance set out above (see Section entitled 'Pathways'). Materials used should be hard-wearing and provide a smooth, firm, non-slip and glare-free surface when wet or dry.
