Disabled car parking with transfer spaces

In-curtilage or designated parking for disabled users must meet disabled parking standards with adequate transfer spaces to the side of vehicles to allow wheelchair users safe access.

In-curtilage or designated car parking (either reserved spaces within residents' car parks or on-street provision) must meet disabled parking standards to ensure adequate transfer spaces to the side of the vehicle.
