Management Plans
Management Plans should outline responsibilities, services provided, and maintenance arrangements for communal areas in apartment developments.
Management Plans are an appropriate mechanism to outline the general arrangements for apartment developments. Although not exhaustive, information that may be provided within management plans includes an outline of responsibilities, a list of services provided and maintenance and servicing arrangements.
