Design and Quality Standards for Communal Areas
Communal areas should use high-quality materials and equipment with management costs kept affordable through balanced design that is simple and easy to maintain.
The management and maintenance of any such communal areas and/or services, should be fully considered. Such areas should benefit from simplistic design which incorporates the use of high-quality materials, fixtures and equipment (i.e. CCTV, entry phones) at a cost balanced with affordability in regard to any management fees or service charges.
