Safeguarding Access to Adjoining Lands
Residential layout designs must ensure that access to adjoining lands is safeguarded so that future development potential of a site or neighbouring properties is not prejudiced.
The Council will also assess the need for the design of layouts to safeguard access to adjoining lands to ensure that the comprehensive development of a site or future development potential is not prejudiced.
