Privacy considerations in residential development
Protection of privacy for occupants of residential properties is an important element of residential quality, particularly where new development is proposed adjacent to existing residential properties or areas.
While in most urban areas, few households can claim not to be overlooked to some degree, the protection of privacy for the occupants of residential properties is an important element of the quality of a residential environment. It is a particularly important consideration where new residential development is proposed adjacent to existing residential properties/areas.
