Schemes near listed buildings, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Conservation Areas and Areas of Townscape Character require particular regard to published design guidance.
In assessing schemes in close proximity to listed buildings, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Conservation Areas and Areas of Townscape Character, the Council will have particular regard to published design guidance.
