Residential amenity and separation
Development must provide adequate play spaces and separation between properties to ensure residents have sufficient daylight, sunlight, outlook, and privacy.
Space will also be required for residential amenity, including play spaces, and to provide for separation between properties to ensure residents benefit from adequate daylight and sunlight, and to achieve sufficient outlook and privacy (see 'Privacy' below).
