This guidance supplements several Plan Strategy policies covering new residential development, conversions, and adaptable accessible accommodation, alongside other relevant policies.
While this guidance supplements Policy RD1: New residential development, Policy RD3: Conversion and sub-division of existing buildings for residential use and Policy HOU7: Adaptable and accessible accommodation, there are also a range of other relevant policies within the Plan Strategy as illustrated.
