Section 76 Planning Agreements (s76 Agreements)
A legally binding agreement between relevant parties (normally applicant, landowner and Council) under Section 76 of the Planning Act (NI) 2011, used to secure planning obligations such as developer contributions where planning conditions are insufficient. The agreement must be signed and completed before planning permission is issued.
