Evidence requirements for Alternative Use Value

Where Alternative Use Value is used in viability assessment, it must be supported by evidence of costs and values of the alternative use to justify the land value presented.

Where AUV is used, this should be supported by evidence of the costs and values of the alternative use to justify the land value presented in the site-specific viability assessment.
