Key assumptions for viability testing and review process
Key assumptions for site-specific viability testing will be published separately and subject to regular review to account for changes in economic outlook, markets, and development costs over a 15-year plan period.
The key assumptions to be used as a starting point for site-specific viability testing will be published separately alongside this SPG and will be subject to regular review, as it is acknowledged that over a 15 year plan period the economic outlook, markets and development costs can change significantly. More details on the review process are set out in Section 6.3.
