Role of SPG in Creating Clarity on Viability Assessment
This SPG creates clarity and transparency for stakeholders regarding how baseline viability has been assessed across Belfast and the mechanisms available for considering viability in individual development proposals during the planning process.
This SPG is important in creating clarity and transparency for landowners, developers and agents, in terms of how baseline viability has been assessed across the city at the time of developing the Plan Strategy and the mechanisms available to consider viability in relation to individual development proposals as part of the planning process.
