The PAD meeting should establish how the affordable housing requirement is intended to be delivered, which helps streamline the planning process and informs the draft Heads of Terms for any subsequent section 76 Agreement.
Has the PAD meeting established how the affordable housing requirement is intended to be delivered? As above, gaining broad agreement on the proposed mechanisms for delivery of affordable housing as part of the PAD process, should assist in streamlining the process of assessing and determining the planning application. This will also be necessary to inform the draft Heads of Terms for any subsequent s76 Agreement to be signed prior to planning permission being issued.
