Glossary - Total Cost Indicators (TCIs)
Explains that TCIs form the basis for DfC's capital and grant funding approach for social housing, based on land/property costs and scheme cost data, and are reviewed twice yearly.
Total Cost Indicators (TCIs) Form the basis for DfC's capital and grant funding approach and are used to achieve value for money in the provision of social housing. They are based on a combination of information on land and property costs supplied by Land & Property Services and scheme cost data produced by monitoring approved schemes. They are normally reviewed twice yearly by the Department and are subject to consultation with NIFHA.
