Front Garden Garages and Outbuildings
Garages or outbuildings located in front gardens or extending forward of the established building line will generally be resisted as they can over-dominate the property frontage and harm the street scene.
Garages or outbuildings wholly located in front gardens or those that extend in front the established building line can over-dominate the front of the property and detract from the street scene and will therefore generally be resisted.
