Glossary - Common Selection Scheme
The rules used by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and Registered Housing Associations to decide who receives social rented housing and how homes are offered to applicants.
The list of rules that the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) and Registered Housing Associations use when deciding who they should offer social rented housing to. The scheme determines how social rented homes are offered to applicants and gives applicants a choice in where they want to live.
