Process Guide Overview
The guidance provides an illustrative framework (Appendix 3) for considering appropriate affordable housing product mix and alternatives, supported by a flow diagram (Appendix 4) summarising key planning process stages for Policy HOU5 compliance.
As noted above, Appenidx 3 provides an illustrative framework for the consideration of an appropriate mix of affordable housing products and reasonable alternatives. This should be read alongside the flow diagram at Appendix 4, which summarises the key stages of the process that will need to be followed as part of the planning process in relation to Policy HOU5.
