Development Viability and PAD Consultation
Developers should discuss sustainability and financial viability issues with the Council during pre-application discussion and consult the Development Viability SPG when preparing required information for planning submission.
If the sustainability or financial viability of your development is likely to be an issue, we would strongly recommend that this and proposed remedies are discussed with the Council as part of a PAD. Consult the Development Viability SPG and prepare the required information for submission as part of your planning application.
