Planning requirements for approved off-site provision
Where off-site provision is accepted, a parallel planning application must be submitted for the donor site, and implementation must be linked through a section 76 Planning Agreement between the main and donor site developments.
Where the suitability for off-site provision is accepted by the Council, a parallel planning application should be submitted for the development of the donor site. The implementation of any approved scheme on the main site would need to be linked through a s76 Planning Agreement to an approved development on the donor site (see also Section 5.3 below).
