Policy HOU5 - Affordable Housing: Sustainability and Viability Exemptions
Where a proposed development cannot sustainably or viably meet the full affordable housing requirements of Policy HOU5, the Council will consider suitable alternatives on a case-by-case basis.
Where it can be demonstrated that it is not sustainable or viable for a proposed development to meet the requirements of this policy in full, the Council will consider suitable alternatives on a case-by-case basis
