Single Typology Developments - Documentation Requirements
For developments containing only one unit type (all houses or all apartments), developers must demonstrate how a broader mix of unit sizes has been incorporated and document this analysis in the Affordable Housing Proposal Form.
For developments with a single unit typology (i.e. all houses or all apartments), demonstrate how a broader mix of unit sizes has been incorporated into the mix of accommodation proposed. An outline of this should be included within the Affordable Housing Proposal Form set out at Appendix 1, with reference to the analysis used to arrive at the proposed housing mix.
