Developer actions for housing mix

• Consider the appropriate mix of tenure, size and type of accommodation at an early stage. This should ensure compatibility between the mix and type of units proposed across the site as a whole, taking account of Policy HOU6 requirements. The developer should consult Appendix 2 to inform their approach to establishing the proposed mix of accommodation on the site. • Complete the Affordable Housing Proposal Form set out at Appendix 1, with reference to the analysis used to arrive at the proposed housing mix.
